Biography

I enjoy helping people feel fantastic in their bodies and to enjoy the things they love doing. I have been fortunate to study with such gifted teachers as Dr. Barbara Brennan, Dr. Don St. John, Joseph Heller, Jude Waller, Donna Bajelis and others. My hands have been described by clients as "warm and listening". My vision is to help people heal and live a fabulous life.

I use myofascial release, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular re-education, lymphatic drainage and Hellerwork Structural Integration to treat many acute and chronic conditions, including: carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, back pain, whiplash, poor posture, strains/sprains, hip pain, plantar fasciitis and difficult breathing. I am also available for consultation on effective stretching techniques and supportive body movements in the workplace. My sensitivity and knowledgeable hands work with the wisdom of each person's body for a fuller, easier and more pleasurable life and body.

I grew up in Eastern Washington and have lived in the Seattle area for 20 years. When I am not working I enjoy hiking, backpacking, cross country skiing and gardening with my wife Sharon, our dog Zola and Squawk the cat.
