Fees & Scheduling

My office is in the Securities Building in downtown Seattle at the intersection of 3rd Avenue & Stewart Street. I have a secondary office on Mondays in Shoreline, near 145th & Aurora. My rates are $80 for a 60-minute session, $120 for a 90-minute session and $160 for 2-hour sessions. Hellerwork is done with an initial 2-hour session followed with 90-minute sessions.  Massage is available in 60 or 90-minute sessions. I have appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Gift certificates are available. I accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. PIP and L&I insurance is accepted with your doctor's referral. I provide a medical receipt for those seeking reimbursement from their health insurance company.

Directions
Convenient partially validated parking in Downtown Seattle.

Wheelchair Access: Once parked in the garage, follow the signs to the Bed, Bath & Beyond elevator and take it to the street level. Exit the elevator and out through the glass doors onto 3rd Avenue. Enter the Securities Building, which is to your left 75 feet or so. Once in the building, take an elevator to the second floor, exit to your left and take another left. My office is down the hall on the left, suite 246.

From I-5 Northbound:
Take the Seneca St exit (on the left side of the freeway)
Stay in the left lane
Follow Seneca downhill to 4th Avenue
Turn right on 4th
Follow for several blocks and stay in the left lane
Soon Macy’s will be on your left, look ahead of the Gene Juarez Salon on the corner 4th & Stewart
Turn left onto Stewart, get into the right lane
Turn right onto 3rd Avenue
Park in the Securities Building garage, which is on your right soon after you turn onto third
your parking will be partially validated
Once parked, follow the signs to the Securities Building Elevator Lobby
Head to the 2nd floor elevator lobby
Pass the elevators, turn left and just past halfway down the hall find Suite 246 on your left

From I-5 Southbound:

Take the Stewart St exit
Stay in the middle or right lane until 5th or 4th Ave, then get into the right lane
Turn right onto 3rd Avenue
Park in the Securities Building garage, which is on your right soon after you turn onto third
your parking will be partially validated
Once parked, follow the signs to the Securities Building Elevator Lobby
Head to the 2nd floor elevator lobby
Pass the elevators, turn left and just past halfway down the hall find Suite 246 on your left

From SR-99 Northbound:

Take the Seneca St exit
Head uphill to 4th
Turn left onto 4th Avenue
Follow for several blocks and stay in the left lane

Once you’ve crossed Virginia St, look for the Securities Building Parking Garage on your left and turn into it
your parking will be partially validated
Once parked, follow the signs to the Securities Building Elevator Lobby
Head to the 2nd floor elevator lobby
Pass the elevators, turn left and just past halfway down the hall find Suite 246 on your left
